Maybe proof that you are owner of the SIM? May be better going to an EE Store with photo ID.

Doesn't the micro SIM have a nano SIM push-out?

New phone uses nano SIM and old phone uses micro SIM so ordered a replacement online. EE confirmed they would send one out but next evening got a text telling me they were unable to complete request. I phoned 150 for more info and arranged a tech callback which hasn't happened so thought i would try community. Any reason for not sending me one out. Have credit on my phone so paying £1.50 charge for mail is no problem

Thanks for heads up.

I didn't really check my old card as i assumed it wouldn't be multi sim (10 years old). Closer inspection indicated nano sim included so pressed out and inserted in new phone and everything works.

Still dont know why they never sent replacement although irrelevant now.

Thanks again
