New data plan

Good morning,

I set up my new sim card yesterday morning, purchased £10 credit and then text that I wanted to purchase a data plan, plan10 i had a text to say "thanks we are adding yout £10 plan right now" but I still don't have my plan and no money has been taken from my credit, how long would this usually take? I have since tried to purchase the plan through the app using the credit but it just keeps saying error try again.

Any help you be appreciated as I need my plan to be up and running foe today.

I'd definitely recommend sending the above message like @XRaySpeX mentioned.

If this comes back and shows you still have £10 credit, please try sending a text with NOW to 150, which can help the pack kick in.
