I brought a top up this morninf it took my money and now its tellinf me i never did that i have all the reciepts , ice tried contactinf and they wont pick up lol

@dmw032611 Have you tried restarting the device. And as you have a receipt have you applied that top up if you purchased a voucher?

just says the last time i topped up was last month when thats obvs not true

Where exactly did you buy your top-up from?

Was this done via the EE website / 150, or from elsewhere such as a supermarket, cash point or third party website?
