hi I'm trying to purchase with my £10 credit in my account but some reason it's not letting me and blocking me from doing it it's on a 18+ gaming website thanks

@adam_lc , you need to get the restriction lifted and as you are a pay as you go customer, you need to ring customer services with a credit card and pay a refundable amount to get this changed, or go to an EE store with photo ID and do it that way.

I've just tried contacting EE and they are saying I cannot remove this restriction pls help

Hi @adam_lc

For Pay as you go (Pre pay) you need to call EE on 150 with a credit card handy to verify your age.
If you don't have a credit card, you can visit any EE store with some photo ID that confirms you're the age of 18 or over.

If you're not yet 18 years old you'll not be able to remove your content lock.
