I recently transferred my number to EE. I have credit available in my account, but when I try to purchase a package/add-on using my credit, I receive an error message and the purchase does not go through.

Could you please check my account and let me know why this is happening?

What's the error msg?

What happens when you text PLANnn to 150 for whatever £nn plan you want?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
