@7999148487 : This user discussion forum can have no access to your specific account or its changes, if any. You need to raise this with CS.

What did you actually buy in the EE Store? Was it an actual PAYG SIM or just a new pack on your existing no. The latter is unlikely in an EE Store. If it was a new SIM it has nowt to do with your existing no.

If you don't top-up enough to buy your plan it simply won't renew until you do.

You need to have an active pack to be able to use it while roaming. On PAYG there will be roaming charges to use your pack allowances in the EU, to be taken only from your PAYG credit, not your recurring card payment. You will receive a msg upon arrival offering & inviting you to take up the options for roaming in EU of either £2.50 / day, by replying ROAMEU1D to 150, or £10 / week, by replying ROAMEU7D to 150. If you opt to reply neither or you don't have an active pack, you will be paying standard rates for calls & texts & will need to buy a PAYG add-on for data.

No, £10 is the cheapest pack you can buy.

I see from your Q3 that you are abroad. If you bought a PAYG SIM in an EE Store as per 1., unless you had used that PAYG SIM for making calls or texts in UK before going abroad you can't now use it until you return to UK. To be used abroad EE PAYG SIMs need 1st activating on EE's home UK network.

Question

Hi, I have a few questions about my account.

I changed my plan in an EE store recently to the £10 monthly 20GB plan. Could you check if the change has been processed correctly?

My current data expires on 13 June. After the next month ends, if I don’t top up or renew the plan, will it automatically stop? Or do I need to cancel it manually? I won’t be coming back to the UK.

I’d like to use roaming and keep my UK phone number active. Is it possible to use roaming without buying a regular data pack, or do I need an active plan?

I changed to the £10 20GB plan because I thought it was the cheapest way to keep my number active and use roaming. Is that correct, or is there a cheaper option that would still allow me to keep my number and use roaming?
