    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Have received this message on PAYG a few times recently.&amp;nbsp; SIM not recently been brought out of hibernation, is regularly used.&amp;nbsp; Have pleanty of credit on phone for the calls. Phone hacking is prevalent in this area.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any ideas how to stop this happening?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/3749807"&gt;@remembering&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp; If this is a text message then forward that message to 7726 and then the number that sent it when prompted.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You then block the number but unfortunately you can’t stop someone from using a different number so you repeat the process above.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
