Hello group, I'm facing this problem, the card is top up go and call waiting doesn't work when someone else calls me it says busy, can someone help me activate call waiting

I don't think EE PAYG supports Call Waiting but if it does check its state by dialling *#43# from your keypad or & turn it on by dialling *43# . Otherwise you can only let the call go to VM.

EE PAYG does not support call waiting.

I've tested on a spare PAYG SIM I have, the menu options to check, cancel & enable are all present - but only "check" works and confirms not active.

Guess my O2 PAYG does then.
