In the link a product section when logged in you should have the choice of switching between linking broadband or linking a mobile.&amp;nbsp;&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Though it would require a PIN being sent to the number so you will only be able to link it if the number is receiving texts ok.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;If the SIM does have signal and you have been able to text BALANCE to 150 successfully but are unable to connect on data without being prompted to buy some, it sounds like there is an issue with the pack and the best bet would be reaching out to our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;pay as you go team&lt;/A&gt; so they can help.&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;Alex&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Sim not activating</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I bought a pre-loaded SIM at Argos, but it shows £0.00 credit and no plan. The main EE website only shows broadband options so I can't link my mobile number. Can an EE Moderator send me a private message to manually link my number and apply my Argos pack?&lt;/P&gt;</description>
