      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello&amp;nbsp;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/4970633"&gt;@Clarkead&lt;/a&gt;&amp;nbsp;,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community,&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;We have no way of activating this for you, we have no account access and do not know who you are, this is a public forum, you will have to speak to customer services, also I would ask them to reset your account, so that you can access it via the app, as pay as you go and monthly contracts cannot be mixed, and would need to be reset, otherwise the app will show as account closed, once reset, you should be able to use the app again.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
