If it has, topping-up now would be too late.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;There is no Live Chat for PAYG &amp;amp; EE provides no email contact.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have a pay-as-you-go SIM card and it’s now blocked because I haven’t used it for around 6 months. I’m currently in Australia.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;How can I contact customer support without calling them? It’s expensive to call. Does online chat work or can I email them instead?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;My EE phone number is 07*********. It is very frustrating to pay for those calls so can someone unblock my SIM card from here?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;
