We have a few ways that you can pay your bill. You can see all of the options on our Ways to pay your EE bill page.

@Biuck74 : You don't have bills on PAYG. You top it up as & when you like.

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

Welcome to the Community, @Harpreet7.

I'd recommend giving the app another try, as sometimes this will go down for maintenance overnight.

If you're still struggling from there, you can pay right away via our fast payment option, or also by giving us a call and using the automated system.
