      <title>Disconnection notice</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;I've just got a text from 150 saying that as I haven't called/texted/topped up my phone I'd be disconnected in the next three months.&amp;nbsp; I know I have sent texts but have now topped up just to be on the safe side.&amp;nbsp; I assume this means that the "disconnection" now won't happen but there is no way to actually communicate with EE themselves to confirm that.&amp;nbsp; Have tried to call&amp;nbsp; with no luck in actually getting to speak to a person!&amp;nbsp; Anyone had any experience like this?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM has gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you previously make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
