    <description>&lt;P&gt;In the absence of chargeable usage or top-ups, PAYG lines are hibernated after 179 days. You then have a further 3months to contact EE-CS to reactivate the number and restore credit, before the line is totally disconnected after 273 days.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;EE-CS can be contacted on 07953 966150 from any working phone, but there is no access to individual customer accounts on here.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hello.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;My EE Pay As You Go SIM is fully restricted.&lt;BR /&gt;Credit is available, SMS works, but incoming and outgoing calls are blocked.&lt;BR /&gt;Service SMS to 150 / 60071 cannot be sent.&lt;BR /&gt;The SIM was inactive for a long time.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I will send the phone number in private message if needed.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Please help me reactivate voice services on this SIM.&lt;BR /&gt;Thank you.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
