EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <title>Can't make or receive calls</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi I am unable to make or receive phone calls&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I'm in the UK, pay as you go sim, sony experia 5 IV phone, android is up to date, I have restarted phone, re-set network settings , tried a different sim card (it worked), etc.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;The phone is showing full signal bars, and I'm receiving text messages&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;when I try to make a phone call it says calling for about 2 seconds then beeps and goes back to the keypad / contacts list&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I tried calling my number from a friends phone, it made the dialling tone once then disconnected. My phone didn't ring.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Any help or suggestions on what to do would be greatly appreciated&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
