      <description>&lt;P&gt;I have a problem with purchasing the subscription pack. Kept on receiving this text message when I tried to purchase “&lt;SPAN&gt;Your payment for the £10 Plan from the Visa ending xxxx wasn't successful. Please contact your bank for more info. To try again, or to use another card go to ee.co.uk/myee”. Contacted my bank and they told me to reach out again to EE so they can request a fund withdrawal from my card. Does anyone have EE’s customer service contact number that’s not 150 so I can talk to an actual assistant?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
