I am try to top up phone with new credit card. System keeps asking for additional payment confirmation. What is that please. Finding it impossible to get through to someone to speak to. Thanks.

It's your bank requiring you to confirm the transaction, usually on their app.

Is your card with a UK bank? If not, you can't top-up that way but you would need to call CS.
