    <description>11/12/25 so topup had the text saying that i toped up but when i try calling says i have no credit&amp;nbsp;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;ive got the same problem ive toped up within the time limit but it says that i have no credit to make the call cant even phone the 0800 number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

If it has, topping-up now would be too late.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you previously make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

To ring customer service, you may have to use someone else’s phone or a web based app to contact them to get this sorted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
