If you change the pack on your existing account the number will stay the same. However, if you order a new SIM card with a new or promotional pack this would have be a new number. If you would like to change the number, please call us on 150 and the team will be happy to help.

To change the pack, you can text ALL PACKS to 150 and follow the instructions in the reply to start a new pack.

Thanks for the clarification. Will I be able to cancel a pack anytime? Can I pay monthly rather than set up a direct debit? Appreciate your help. Cheers

You can prevent a pack renewing by texting STOP PACK to 150 any time before it expires.

You don't pay for PAYG by DD but you could top-up every 30 days or set up an auto Direct Card Payment.
