    <description>&lt;P&gt;If your daughter's phone is between the 180-273 day period where it's been hibernated but not yet disconnected, then you need to contact EE-CS to reactivate it, then do so as you please.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;If it's beyond the 273day absolute limit, then it has been disconnected and is too late.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;All this is explained in the link already posted.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;My daughter has a pay as you go sim but not been topped up in ages but nothing working on it apart from what’s app but tried texting number to get PAC code but it’s been de-activated so I wanted to swap the number to contract what can I do&lt;/P&gt;</description>
