      <description>&lt;P&gt;My Top-up failed due to a system error to add bank card.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also the system just didn't let me add any bank card to it. My card is a MasterCard that is useable across Europe and UK.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I need to top-up the account otherwise the monthly contract will terminate.
