I recently ordered a PAYG Sim about 2 days ago, i chose the 10% saver plan which auto renews every month.

I no longer need the sim but am unable to cancel the order since the only way to do so is via the phone, which I can't do without a working sim... I'm happy to just take a loss on the initial purchase but want to clarify as it's hard to find a straight answer, as long as I don't activate the sim by putting it into my phone, it shouldn't auto renew right?

How reliable is the sim return form too? Can I use it to return the sim without activating it?

It doesn't need to be an EE one, or a mobile.
