    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi!&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I used to live in UK for a few years and while there I got an EE card to have a UK number. A few years ago I came back to my country, but I kept the card so I could still have a UK number. Since I haven't been using that number for a while now, I got a message that my number will be disconnected and I should call 150 in order to discuss it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Here's the problem: My number isn't working at all anymore. I tried to call 150, but it won't connect and the messages from that number aren't being sent or even received either. I couldn't even use that number to make the EE account here, as it doesn't receive the PIN messages, I had to use my other, non-UK number to be able to post here. I even topped up the number, but it didn't make it work at all.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I don't know what to do in order to make the number work again. I hoped I could at least e-mail EE, but they don't have an address. The number will be disconnected soon and would rather keep it. What can I do here?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;If you are within the 3 month grace period between hibernation (179days from last chargeable use) &amp;amp; outright disonnection (at 273 days), you need to contact EE-CS from another working phone.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You can dial +44 7953 966150 as necessary.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;Otherwise if you are beyond that hibernation period&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;(at 273+ days) you've lost it completely &amp;amp; it's a waste of time trying find a way to contact EE.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
