      <description>I order a 15 pound saver sim online i paid 13.50 ( black Friday deal )&lt;BR /&gt;which included 75 GB and unlimited calls and texts for 30 days. I also&lt;BR /&gt;provided a PAC code at the time I ordered the sim&lt;BR /&gt;&lt;BR /&gt;I put my sim in phone last night I have the EE symbol and a full signal.&lt;BR /&gt;When I try to make a call it says i need to top up. I should have unlimited&lt;BR /&gt;calls and texts for 30 days. Also my plan is not showing in the EE app or&lt;BR /&gt;online in EE account</description>

I have EE symbol and full signal, so I assume its active ?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;In my EE account it showing 50GB plan with standard calls and texts, this was showing before I received my sim and put it in phone, I did get a text which said I had the saver plan, but this&amp;nbsp; hasn't changed in account, it still showing the 50GB plan with standard calls and texts and telling me i need to top up . I should have the 75GB plan with unlimited calls and texts.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
