    <description>&lt;P&gt;Hi, I’m just wondering if I’m able to get my account credit refunded to me because I set up a direct debit for my plan and that’s been working fine but the other direct debit that I set up for my previous pay as you go package has also been getting taken off my account for the last few months too and I can’t find anywhere online to cancel or see the payments on ee and it’s not set up on my banking either cause I definitely cancelled it when I switched to the new plan.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

You probably have a Direct Bank Card Payment on it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Text STOP PLAN to 150 &amp;amp; it'll stop buying the pack &amp;amp; stop the auto direct card payment. When you next buy your pack you'll have the option to pay for it by PAYG credit or start another direct card payment.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Also it will be a separate EE a/c from your contract. They don't mix.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
