Can't access 18+ pages

I had a pay as you go plan for around 6 months or so. £15 per month. I then discovered I had some data left from another pay as you go I was on so I let EE expire and I put a second SIM I my phone to use that up. So I hadn't renewed EE for about 6 weeks. I could get on everything before. Last night I started a different plan, it's still £15. I just went through the automated text system to start the plan. And I cannot access 18+ things. I can't get on my betting accounts, Tinder, couldn't even get on a streaming website

But I feel like I've tried everything that's suggested? Unless I'm being thick, I cannot see a parental guidance option on the settings. I've tried both in app and online. Someone had a similar problem the other day and I clicked the links to a users response but I cannot see anything. I've phoned up and entered two different debit cards to verify myself and be charged £2 to remove the parental guidance but both times it just says each card cannot be used. Am I being extraordinarily thick and missing where the option is? Thanks

Ahhhh, thank you for letting me know. Is that the automated one or do I need to contact the actual human helpline? Because the automated one said both my cards were unavailable to use for some reason. Any reason why this happened btw? The first 6 months was fine. Thanks
