&lt;P&gt;Do you know if I can transfer my other number to the new sim plan - I ordered a new sim plan without upgrading by mistake and its given me a different number&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;You're absolutely welcome to transfer your pay as you go number over to your new pay monthly line.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;This will instantly replace the temporary number assigned to the new SIM, and close the pay as you go account. We can transfer over any credit that may remain on the pay as you go account, too.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;You'll just need to speak with our customer care team for this one, so if you &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee/account-billing/mobile-phone" target="_blank"&gt;give us a call&lt;/A&gt; they'll be able to sort things right out.&lt;/P&gt;
