Hi all,

looking for some info - I paid for a PAYG tariff online when ordering my sim, got a STAC code from my old provider and when my sim came it wasn’t loaded with my tariff and I had to top up. What could the issue be?

Just to be sure, did you purchase this SIM from us directly, or did you buy it from a third party?

If it did come direct from us, can you check your online banking to make sure the payment definitely came out?

Whilst we do sell pay as you go plans with a built in top-up, there's the option to order for free and top-up later, too.
