I am a Pay As You Go customer and I'm looking into the various top-up methods.

Could you please confirm whether Pay As You Go accounts can be topped up using the 'Pay by bank transfer' option, which is available for mobile bill payments?

If this method is indeed supported for Pay As You Go top-ups, I would appreciate clarification on where I can find the necessary Payment reference: your EE account number? As a Pay As You Go user, I don't typically receive a monthly bill which would usually display this number.

No, you may only top-up using a credit or debit card or at any shop showing the Top-up logo
