I pay a subscription pack and need a bill in PDF, but this is not something I have access to on the app.

@laura399 : You don't get billed or invoiced on PAYG. It is you that decides how much to pay & when.

Well I understand, but I really need an official document as proof of payment, not just screenshots. Is there any way to get a proper statement that confirms my payments ?

I don't believe this something that could be provided.

I would recommend speaking with customer care who can provide you with all your options.
