Request to retrieve old number

Hello

I previously had a EE number registered to me for some time. It was cancelled after i didn't top up for a while. I would like to know if its possible to reclaim this number or if its already been reassigned. Can someone please advise the process as i would love to get this number back .

When was your PAYG number disconnected? Are we talking days, weeks, months or years?

Once disconnected, it's no longer yours.

As @bristolian mentioned, if a number has been fully disconnected, we'd not be able to restore the number for you,

If your number was on Pay as you go, your account goes into hibernation if you don’t use your phone for a long time:

After 160 days: We’ll send you a text to check if you still want to use your account.
After 180 days: Your account goes into hibernation. Don’t worry — you still have 90 days to call us and get your number and credit back.
After 270 days: If we haven’t heard from you, your account will be closed. Your number and any remaining credit will be lost.
