    <description>&lt;P&gt;Okay so I topped up £20 which gave me 50GB but I also got an extra 14GB data totalling 64GB but I only used about 13GB and I was down to just over 50GB and I recieved a text message saying please top up by £20 17th September but I didn't becuase I thought my data was going to roll over and now I've lost all the data that I had that I didn't use. Can you see why this was?&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;If you're on an eligible plan and have checked the data you had remaining should have rolled over, please give us a call on 150 and the team can get the account looked into for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
