Saver plan not activated

Hello everyone

I am looking for some help regarding a pay as you go plan I purchased earlier on it’s the saver plan for £18 pay as you go and unfortunately no data and if I check the balance it says 00, is there anything to do or I need visit the EE shop?

How earlier on is "earlier on"?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Has the saver plan activated since you posted on the community? If not, could you let us know the reply you get from texting AL to 150 as @XRaySpeX requested?
