      <description>&lt;P&gt;Dear Sir/Madam,&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I've pay as you go sim card with the number ****, I've topped up the sim but my phone number won't allow me to use it. I can't make any&amp;nbsp; call or send/receive any messages. Can you please reset this phone number as I would like to keep it and plus I have a extra voucher credit which also I can't put it on.&lt;/P&gt;
