    <description>&lt;P&gt;I did have an issue where I lost my previous number cause at the time I wasn't using my phone for much. I then had to get another ee sim for a new number.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Will that message still stay on the app even if I have another pay as you go payment active?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;So when I load up the app, it says my account has been closed and a reminder to pay the final bill. I don't know what to do because I was never on a contract. I always used pay as you go, topped up a £10 a month cause I only need it for basic stuff.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;What am I supposed to do?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;</description>

On PAYG you can safely ignore it.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Sounds like your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;When did you previously make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;You needed to make a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;action like making a&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;STRONG&gt;chargeable&lt;/STRONG&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.&lt;/P&gt;</description>
