    <description>&lt;P&gt;Asked for a new nano sim for new phone, got a text message saying Account isn't registered,&lt;BR /&gt;have been with them since they took orange over! so what's going on? can't call 150 from home due to being in a reception black hole.&lt;/P&gt;</description>

&lt;P&gt;Welcome to the community.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;There is nothing to worry about when it says the account isn't registered, it just means that we don't have your details logged against the account as a pay as you go account can be set up and used without it.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;When it comes to ordering a replacement SIM though, it does need to be registered, just so we can make sure that it is being requested by the account holder.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;As &lt;SPAN&gt;&lt;a href="https://community.ee.co.uk/t5/user/viewprofilepage/user-id/142884"&gt;@Chris_B&lt;/a&gt;&lt;/SPAN&gt; mentioned, you can switch on &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/mobile/manage-use/using-phone-features/use-wifi-calling" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;WiFi Calling&lt;/A&gt; and call from your EE SIM, and our guides can get the account registered for you. You can also call from any other phone using the numbers on our &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/help/contact-ee" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;Contact Us&lt;/A&gt; page.&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Alternatively, you can pop into the &lt;A href="https://ee.co.uk/store-finder" target="_blank" rel="noopener"&gt;EE store&lt;/A&gt; with photo ID as suggested above, and they can help you.&lt;/P&gt;
