When you buy a pack it gives you an option to either set up a Direct Card Payment or use your PAYG credit. The latter is in a non-obvious place like to the top R of the page.

I top up each month by entering my bank card details manually. I don't want these details saved but this month it won't let me do this and insists on saving the card details. Why has this changed and what alternative methods are there? If I can't find an answer within the next week I'll have to consider changing provider.

(EE is so frustrating. I first joined on a recommendation which was supposed to give me and the recommender an Amazon voucher. That didn't happen and nobody knew why. Then I tried setting up a direct debit which should have saved me money each month. That never worked either and nobody knew why so after 6 months of having to phone customer services every month to get them to top up my phone I gave up and paid full price. Other problems have occurred along the way. Are all phone providers this difficult?)

Good morning @Sarah12321

Thanks for reaching out here on the community.

I am gutted to hear you have had such a bad experience since you joined EE, this is definitely not what we would expect.

There are many ways to top up your EE pay as you go mobile.

I hope that helps.

Thanks
