£15 subscription plan not started

I added £15 of credit to my sim and am on the £15 subscription plan (new customer) - why hasn’t it taken my £15 yet and got going in giving me data and minutes?

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?

Says i dont currently have a plan but on my ee account it says £15 credit
and £15 subscription plan
