20gb pack from Tesco but only 8gb applied?

Just got a 20gb data pack from Tesco and topped up the £10 as per instructions but it has only applied 8gb

Anyone else run into this issue?

I've had a double check of our current packs, and £10 for 8GB is the standard option that we offer at the moment.

What exactly did you do when you first inserted the SIM?

Did this kick in right away, or did you send any messages specifically?

Look in your online MyEE Add-ons for the other 12GB. Sometimes it doesn't kick in until you have exhausted the normal ration.
