Unable to purchase £10 pack

I've tried using 3 different payment cards and get the above message. I've been trying since 9am - it's now 17:34.

What exactly were you doing when this error msg appeared?

Try using Fast Top Up online with a UK bank card. You don't need to login or register anything. All you need is your mobile no. & it doesn't remember your card details.

I was trying to purchase the £10 8gb pack. I tried 3 different payment cards, each says the same error message.
