My subscription pack isn't working

Yesterday my £15 subscription pack expired. The card I previous paid for was swallowed by a cash machine so I got a new and used it to pay for another £15 subscription pack. The payment was successful but I still have no data. I looked into my account and it says "Once you make a call or send a text, your pack will become active."

I tried making a call but it said I needed to top up to do that. Then I topped up £10 and made a call and it still hasn't activated. What should I do?

I'm sorry to hear you're having trouble getting your new pack activated. Have you tried texting 'NOW' to 150?

When I typed NOW, I got

Sorry we were unable to stop your active plan, please call us on 150 for further assistance.

When I typed AL, all I got was

You do have nearly 5GB data but it's only data, not part of a pack with mins & texts.

Your £15 top-up has been reduced by the call you made from your credit.

If you want a pack either:

Text PACK10 to 150 to buy the £10 pack from your standing credit.
Top-up some more & then text PACK15 to 150 to buy your intended £15 pack.

I've undone your mistaken Solution. I feel you might have been able to do this yourself.
