Just topped up my account. Had a strange message as well as confirmation. Think my phone has been hacked or something. As I can’t make most calls. Can’t contact support or any helpline. Had a few messages about roaming abroad. I’ve never requested anything like that. I’m in uk. And don’t know what’s happening . This is what message said in my text .-

Cannot read what you have written, apart from the first paragraph, second, if you had checked other threads, you would know there is an outage, which EE are trying urgently to fix, we also do not have any account access nor do we know who you are, this is a public forum, so no one will call you.
