&lt;P&gt;I am sorry to hear you are experiencing issues with your new EE pay as you go sim card.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;I would love to try and get this resolved for you.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Could I just check, does the phone show any signal when the Sim card is inserted?&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Would you be able to text 'NOW' to 150 please and then try making a call or sending a text.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;
&lt;P&gt;Please let me know how you get on.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;

      <title>SIM card purchased at airport NOT WORKING</title>

      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Hello everyone,&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&amp;nbsp;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have purchased Prepaid SIM card with 30GB and unlimited minutes and texts for 25£ at the Heathrow airport vending machine&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I have inserted it on my iPhone to make a UK call or send message in order to make it activated, however, could not make one as the automatic voice message replies as "You don't have enough credit to make a call”&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I have tried to call 150 several times to get help and they says call me back once I give them the details of the problem by text, however, they reply&amp;nbsp;&lt;SPAN&gt;“Sorry, something went wrong, we were unable to book a call back for you. Call us on 150 if you still need to speak to someone.” everytime.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;Also EE store staffs are not helping me.&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;I would simply like to have refund for this unavailable SIM card, who should I talk to? As the EE store looks like they are not able to help me.&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;Thank you&lt;/P&gt;</description>
