When you say you can only see the £5 option, is that when you are logged into your online account and selecting to buy a pack?

You can also text PLAN15 to 150 from your phone to purchase the £15 25GB pack if you are having trouble seeing it online. The full list of text services for pay as you go can be found on our help page.
