Good afternoon, I've topped up the wrong number for my phone

I don't have any access to it, I did it online, is there anyway I can transfer it to my number

@dunneholly003 : PAYG credit is not generally refundable nor transferable, but it's worth calling CS to see if it can be done in your case.

Thankyou tried calling them lots and requesting call backs and not getting any further, had to now resort to twitter, was £20 aswell 😞
