Buy a Pay as You Go Plan with sim

Hello i’m spanish and i have an sim 2 years ago, the sim works in spain but now i want to reload the sim with the pay as yo gou plan 15£ (25Gb + 50 free)

i don’t know how to do it, and also i don’t know that if i top up my sim card from the panel i will get thw 50GB free or it is only for new costumers

To take advantage of the extra 50GB you do need to be a new customer, so you would need to order a new SIM from us.

Have you been using your existing SIM consistently, or are you looking to use this after a period of not doing so?

Good chance that your PAYG SIM may have gone into hibernation due to non-use. If it has, topping-up now would be too late.

When did you previously make a chargeable action? EE PAYG SIMs are deactivated after 6 months of non-chargeable use. You then have a further 3 months period of grace to call EE to reactivate it before it is lost completely.

You needed to make a chargeable action like making a chargeable call or text, topping up or buying a Pack or Add-on, not just using your mins, texts or data from your pack.

The only way to get the extra 50GB free is to buy a new PAYG SIM from EE. It can't be gotten on an existing SIM.

Roughly how long has it been since you used your SIM @garrade, as this may be in hibernation, or have been cancelled?

If you aren't bothered about using the same number then you can order a new SIM, and take advantage of the data offer.

If you do get a new SIM then you would need to activate this in the UK before you would be able to use it in Spain.

To use your SIM abroad there will be some additional charges that may not have been in place when you last used your SIM abroad. You can pay £2.50 to use your pack as normal for 24 hours, or £10 to use this for 7 days.

I bought the sim a year and a half ago but to this day it is still working (receiving sms) as I have used it once to verify the number in some application.

I have some questions:

Can I still top up the £15 plan even if it is only 25GB and not 25+50 or do I need to buy a new card?

If I buy a card in a physical store can I take advantage of the 25+50 offer or is it only online?

If so, does anyone know if I can purchase a card at Machester Airport?

It's probably not working! Sometimes even when in hibernation it still can receive free texts.

Some EE stores may have them. You need to look closely at the packaging
