      <description>&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I topped up my aacount with £5 but when i try to buy pack05, it tells me " To buy your £5 plan again, simply top up £5 and your plan will start automatically”.&amp;nbsp;&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;&lt;P&gt;&lt;SPAN&gt;I texted AL to make sure and I have ofer £5 in my account. Why can't I buy the pack?&lt;/SPAN&gt;&lt;/P&gt;</description>
