I used to see the unlimited 7 day data offer as well as other add ons but now only have the option of 5gb for £20. WhatsApp happened to the rest of my available add ons? Where did they go!?

There should still be a 7 day unlimited offer available to you as well as a 1 day or 30 day option for unlimited, as well as various other amounts.

Is it when logging into your online account you are only seeing the one option? What does texting ADD DATA to 150 offer, is it the full range of add-ons or just the 5GB one also?

Sending the “add data” sms does nothing. I can’t get it to send me any
options at all.

I already bought a sim card from another provider now

What does texting AL to 150 from your no. fully report verbatim (it is free)?
