I got a new SIM and paid the £10 and I have my 12gb data but no minutes. Anyone know why?

I had a text from 150 initially saying:

Hi from EE. Thanks for buying a £10 pack. You'll get 500 minutes, unlimited texts, and 8GB of data. Your allowance starts as soon as you make a call or text. Please visit ee.co.uk/go/paygservice to find out more. Thanks.

Have tried to make a call but it says I have no credit.

You have no pack. You need to call CS to find out why.
