Im trying to send “VIPTALK01” to 150 but its doesnt reply to me when I send that, however it works with every other command

Where have you seen this command referenced?

It's not one I'm familiar with, but have you seen it mentioned somewhere or part of instructions?

It used to be called TALK01 its the 1 pound talk and text pack but it isn’t available on new sims

Could you text ALLPACKS to 150 you should then receive a text back with information about all the packs available.

It gives the options for 10, 15 20 pound packs but says at the top of I want to purchase the same pack I should text “VIPTALK01” but right now when I text it I just don’t get any reply

I use it weekly but today it just stopped working idk why every week it automatically resets and takes a pound out of my credit

That's a v. old legacy pack. EE has probably now withdrawn it. You'll have to switch to 1 of the current packs listed by texting ALL PACKS to 150.
